Temperament/Heritability:

Temperament and Heritability are two important factors that go into a child’s rearing. Temperament deals with emotional intensity and reactivity of a child, which may differ due to heredity changes. A change in temperament can be caused by a change in heritability. This would be the degree of variation in a trait in a certain population. Heritability can vary from study to study, and one can never say what percentage of an individuals's personality is inherited. To conclude, as the environment becomes more uniform in its characteristics, heredity as a source of differences becomes more important.
